List Submission Rules & Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct
  • Judges at Flying Monkey Con will issue, yellow and red cards at their discretion. To avoid getting carded you must follow the CoC. We want to reiterate that the CoC will not be used as weapon by the judges or players. If we find that a player is weaponizing the CoC we will issue them a yellow card immediately.
  • Along with the tracking of yellow and red cards by the ITC, Flying Monkey Con is part of the Lord Marshall series. Yellow and Red cards are tracked in this system. It follows the same CoC as the ITC. 

List Submission Rules

  • Due to issues that have occurred at other local events Flying Monkey Con's Warhammer 40k GT and AoS events will have a strict list submission policy. 
  • Lists must be submitted 2 weeks prior to the event (June 8th). 
  • If you do not submit your list by the deadline, you will be dropped from the event. If you need help with submitting your list email us at
  • List's will only be accepted through Best Coast Pairings, we will not accept emailed lists. If it is found that your submitted list is illegal you will not be dropped from the event but you will be issued a yellow card. Upon re-submission of the list, you are not allowed to significantly change your list, the judges who are reviewing the list will determine at their discretion what a "significant change" is. If you resubmit with a significantly changed list you will dropped from the event.
  • If you are dropped due to failed list submission, it is pass the refund date, and you will not be refunded for your ticket. We are taking this very seriously, and again you can email us if you have any questions.
